UserGroups Empty UserGroups

UserGroups are useful identifiers on the forum
Green= Resident
Blue= Mod
Red = Admin

anyone can apply to a usergroup simply by clicking on the UserGroups tab above
and choosing which group u want to join
however some groups are closed and cant be joined without prior consent

for instance, you must first be an approved Moderator before you can be accepted into the moderator usergroup
