RE-Format the forum

alright ive been thinking hard on the problems we have alot of them are due to a lack of communication

thankfully we have a forum, now we just need to use it to our advantage
here is my idea on how we should change the layout to

sections:
1) News
2) Rules
3) Debate section
(sub sections)
-bans (staff post reason and evidence if any)
-pvp disputes
-staff v staff
-player v staff
4) Help Section
-useful tips
-Q/A
-whitelist request
5) hidden staff area (only visible to staff)
6) Creations section (remain as is)
7) Economy section
suggestion section
9) spam section

we could use this layout for the new forums we plan on getting. ofc once we get more server name suggestions and we all decided on one =D
