beginning city

as has been discussed there should be a beginning city
i think it should be where if we want to trust that newcommer we tp them there
and they set their home

meanwhile
there should be the main hub which has a tp command address that only residents and above can type
and from there u should be able to tp to the noob city but u cant tp back from there

that sounds like a good way to ensure a system of trust and protection

i know Rage cleared a big underground room for the main HUB already just need to add the warps and stuff there.

i was just thinking on how to set up a beginners city so that its part of the community yet doesnt risk our main structures

Maybe certain parts of the city are restricted to residents?
And I was in that hub, Rage said I should make the shop but I sucked at it so he took over.
